London to give Kyiv twice as many Challenger-2 tanks as promised

Ukraine's ambassador to the UK, Vadym Prystaiko, said that Kyiv would get twice as many Challenger 2 tanks (28 instead of 14) and more (33 instead of 24) AS-90 155 mm self-propelled artillery units, Report informs.

In an interview with Radio Liberty, the ambassador emphasized that Ukraine is looking for options to acquire other weapons, especially aircraft.

Besides, he noted that the UK has significantly increased the period of military training for Ukrainian troops on its soil - two and a half times.
