There can be no winners in a nuclear war, and it must never be unleashed, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, Report informs via TASS.
According to him, the policy of the West, aimed at the total containment of Russia, is extremely dangerous, it carries the risk of sliding into a direct armed clash of nuclear powers.
