Lavrov: Russia won't pause fighting in event of new negotiations with Ukraine

In the event of new negotiations, Russia will not make any pause in fighting with Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with Russian radio stations, Report informs.

Lavrov also noted that “Moscow prefers negotiations to wars and fights.”

“But, nevertheless, we said, we are ready (for negotiations). But unlike the Istanbul story, we will not make any pauses in hostilities during the negotiations. The process must go on,” he said.
