Lavrov: Putin's initiative marks Russia's fourth proposal for Ukraine settlement

Russian President Vladimir Putin's peace initiative, announced on June 14, is Moscow's fourth proposal to resolve the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

According to Report, which cites TASS, at a press conference following the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Lavrov stated, "We have now come to yet another, essentially the fourth, proposal [for Ukrainian settlement] from the Russian Federation in the form of President Putin's initiative from June 14."
