"I was not surprised by Kuleba's statement that the "ceasefire agreement" was not reached. No one here had any intention of agreeing on a ceasefire," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference after a trilateral meeting with the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Turkiye in Antalya, Report informs.
"If the purpose of the meetings is to reject Russia's proposals and do what they want, and then tell journalists that 'Our goodwill proposals were rejected,' then this is in line with the logic of Ukrainian diplomacy," Lavrov said.
