Lavrov names issues he discussed with Turkish counterpart

Russian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu have praised the relations between the two countries, the political dialogue, first of all, the relations between President Putin and Erdogan.
"We discussed preparations for the 9th meeting of the High-Level Security Council, chaired by the leaders of the two countries,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said after talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Report informs.
“We discussed the implementation of strategic projects in the energy sector. We stressed that official Ankara is pragmatic in its position on Ukraine and does not join the sanctions. We noted that the efforts of our diplomats and servicemen contribute to a permanent ceasefire in regions such as Syria, Libya and Nagorno-Karabakh,” Lavrov said.
