Kuleba: Ukraine hasn’t yet received response from Russia to proposals voiced in Istanbul

Ukraine hasn’t yet received Russia’s response to the proposals voiced at the talks in Istanbul, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said at a briefing in Warsaw on April 1, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.
“We have not yet received full answers to the proposals that were voiced in Istanbul. We see certain public comments that come from Russian officials, but we are waiting for a full official answer. From this answer it will become clear whether Russia continues to speak the language of ultimatums or moved on to constructive discussions to find mutually acceptable solutions,” Kuleba noted.
