Russia still considers Volodymyr Zelensky the legitimate president of Ukraine, Russian President's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs via RIA Novosti.
According to Peskov, there will be no casualties if Zelensky orders to surrender.
“Over time, there will be leaders in the EU with a broad outlook who understand the need to develop relations with our country, so we will work for this perspective,” he said.
