Kremlin: Russia presented draft peace document to Ukraine 

“We have presented the draft peace document to Ukraine and are waiting for a response,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Report informs, citing TASS.

“The Ukrainian side is evading previous agreements. This has a negative impact on the negotiations. The document is currently on the Ukrainian side. We are waiting for the response,” he added.
