Klaar, Grigoryan discuss Armenian-Azerbajani talks

Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan received EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar, the press service of the Security Council said.
Report informs via Sputnik-Armenia that the sides discussed the implementation of agreements achieved during the Armenian-Azerbaijani talks in the Brussels format.
US State Department Spokesman Ned Price said Armenia and Azerbaijan were invited to talks in Brussels under the EU auspices. The last time the leaders of the two countries met on the sidelines of the Munich Security Council.
