Kazakhstan strengthens its border with Russia

Strengthening its border with Russia, Kazakhstan has decided to build 20 new outposts for this purpose, Border Service of the National Security Committee said, Report informs.

The construction of 50 border outpost complexes is planned within the relevant national project, and the construction of 20 border outposts in the northern direction is underway directly on the border with the Russian Federation.

According to the Committee, three modular outposts are being built on the southern borders: "In the last 5 years, 15 modular border posts have been commissioned in the southwest of the country."
