Kazakh residents to be granted 300 minutes of free phone calls

All Kazakhstanis will be credited with 200 sms and 300 minutes of phone calls free of charge.
Report informs citing Sputnik Kazakhstan that the instruction was set by the country's President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev.
