Jailed ex-Georgian president says ruling party’s days in power numbered

“The Georgian Dream party is having final days in power,” the jailed ex-president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, said in a statement from prison, Report says.
He noted that the United National Movement, led by him, has achieved very good results in the October 2 local elections.
"We have not become powerless, on the contrary, we have become fighters. I am proud of you."
We should note that Mikheil Saakashvili was detained in Tbilisi on October 1 upon return from Ukraine and sent to jail in Rustavi.
