Istanbul tightens security measures due to Russian-Ukrainian talks

Security measures have been tightened in the Dolmabahce Palace area, where Russian and Ukrainian representatives will meet in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Report informs that a long line of journalists arose around the palace to meet the delegation.
Before the meeting, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will address the delegations.
