Turkish president reveals topics discussed with Iranian counterpart

“We discussed military, political and regional issues with Iranian officials,” Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a joint press conference with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Report informs.
“We could not reach our goal of $30 billion. The pandemic prevented this. Currently, our trade turnover is $7.5 billion. We will reach $30 billion. It is possible to achieve this goal in the defense industry. It is possible to reach this goal with the steps we will take in the field of oil and natural gas,” the Turkish leader stressed.
