Baku. 19 August. REPORT.AZ/ ISIS has claimed responsibility for stabbing rampage in Surgut, Russia.
Report informs citing Reuters.
Notably, 8 people were injured in Surgut knife attack on August 19.
Police reported that the attacker was neutralized and two wounded were in critical condition.
