Iran welcomes agreement on Azerbaijan-Armenia peace treaty

Iran welcomes the agreement on the peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Esmail Baghaei, Spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, Report informs via Iranian media.

Baghaei noted that they welcomed the news of reaching an agreement on the terms of the peace treaty between the two countries: "This is a necessary and crucial step towards establishing lasting peace in the South Caucasus."
