Iran to launch five satellites

Iran plans to launch five new satellites into space before the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2024), the Iranian Minister of Information and Communication Technologies Isa Zarepour said, Report informs via Tasnim.
“By the end of the year, 5 new satellites will be launched into Earth orbit,” Zarepour said.
According to him, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Ministry of Defense will each launch two satellites. Another satellite belongs to a foreign country.
