The presidents of Turkey, Russia, and Iran have agreed to hold a summit in Tehran in February-March 2022 to discuss ways out of the crisis in Syria, said Ali Asghar Khaji, the senior advisor to the Iranian foreign minister for special political affairs,
“We are preparing to hold this meeting early next year. It will depend on the situation with the pandemic. It is likely to take place in February or March,” Ali Asghar Khaji noted.
On December 21, representatives of Turkey, Russia, and Iran met for the 17th time in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, to discuss ways out of the crisis in Syria.
