Iran's Raisi orders comprehensive investigation into attack on Azerbaijani embassy

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has instructed relevant authorities to investigate the attack on the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Tehran, Report informs via ISNA Agency.
"Immediately after receiving the news, the president ordered a comprehensive investigation, expressed his condolences to the relatives of the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured," the message reads.
A gunman stormed the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran, killing the head of the embassy's security service on January 27. Two other officers of the security service were wounded while resisting the attack. Their condition is satisfactory.
The attacker was detained by employees of the Azerbaijani embassy.
