Iran executes eight people

Iran has executed at least eight individuals most of whom were incarcerated for drug offenses, Report informs via Mizan Agency.

A convict who shot and killed one person during an armed attack on a jewelry store in 2009 and was sentenced to death by the court was executed today.

The Norwegian-based Iran Human Rights (IHR) organization announced yesterday that at least seven prisoners were executed in different prisons of the country.
