Investigators find no traces of explosives while inspecting rubbles in Magnitogorsk

Baku. 4 January. REPORT.AZ/ Investigators have completed an inspection of parts of the block at the site of the house entrance collapse in Magnitogorsk and found no trace of explosives, spokeswoman of the Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko told TASS.

"Forensic investigators and experts of the UK have completed an inspection of parts of the dam removed from the site of the collapse of the residential building in Magnitogorsk city. No traces of explosives or their components were found”, she said.

The gas explosion at the entrance of a multi-storey building in Magnitogorsk occurred on December 31 morning. 120 people resided in the collapse zone, the bodies of 39 were removed from the rubble. The rescuers of Russian EMERCOM have earlier completed their work at the scene.
