Armenia is not independent in decision-making, Turkish Presidential Spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin told Haber Global, Report informs.
"Armenia is a poor country, while Azerbaijan and Turkey have economies, from which they can benefit. There are matters pending resolution in the Karabakh issue. A tripartite statement was signed, but no peace agreement was reached. The conditions to be observed by both sides will be discussed. This process is ongoing. Armenia does not make decisions independently. There is another party too. But Armenia can benefit from this agreement," he said.
