Holding meeting in 3+3 format is a short-term issue, says Russian FM

"Russia hopes that the meeting in 3+3 format on the Caucasus region will be a short-term issue," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said, Report informs, citing TASS.
In his opinion, it is necessary to get the consent of all participants in the development of these issues: "When the results are obtained, we will announce where it will be held. We hope that this is a short-term issue."
Andrei Rudenko also said that Russia is fully ready for Georgia's participation in this process.
Earlier, the leaders of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan initiated a six-party cooperation format on Karabakh. Iran welcomed the idea and said it was ready to take steps to strengthen peace in the region.
