Heavy rains caused flooding in the Turkish resort city of Antalya, Report informs via Turkish media.
The downpour, which began in the evening in the center of Antalya, intensified at night. Due to heavy rain, puddles formed on the roads. Pedestrians and vehicles had difficulty moving on the roads. Houses and offices were flooded in some neighborhoods. Due to the downpour, some transport links were disrupted in the region.
Due to the ongoing unfavorable weather conditions, inundations and flash floods in the province, the Department of Health decided to close the schools for one day in the five central districts of Aksu, Döşemealtı, Kepez, Konyaaltı, Muratpaşa.
