Head of Armenian Security Council won't attend St. Petersburg security forum

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan will not take part in the 12th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues, which is to be held on April 24-25 in St. Petersburg, Report informs via Armenian media.
Earlier, First Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Rashid Nurgaliev announced that one of the main topics of the event would be information security in the context of the emerging multipolar world.
