Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will attend the NATO Foreign Ministers' meeting scheduled to be held in Brussels on April 3-4, Report informs, citing the Turkish MFA.
The event will be the first public meeting between the new US administration and other allies.
The sessions are expected to feature speeches by Hakan Fidan on Türkiye's modern military capabilities and advanced defense industrial infrastructure, the security of the Euro-Atlantic and Asia-Pacific regions, Türkiye's critical position on NATO's southeastern flank, its role in processes related to the future of European security, Türkiye's support for Ukraine's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, a lasting ceasefire and ensuring peace, and other issues.
