Grigoryan: Dialogue with Baku effective, no need for mediators

Negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are taking place in a bilateral format, the Secretary of Armenia's Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, said.
Report informs via Armenian media that Grigoryan said the current format of negotiations has proven effective, and both sides intend to continue the dialogue without mediators.
"We do not see the need for Russia's mediation," Grigoryan emphasized.
