“Armenia should regulate its attitude towards Turkey," Armen Grigorian, secretary of Armenia's Security Council, told Public Television, Report informs, citing Sputnik Armenia.
Answering the question of the TV presenter “Turkey is no longer an enemy state for Armenia”, he said: “If we want to unblock the communication in the region, we have to reconsider our approaches. We are working in this regard.”
At the same time, Grigorian also said that it would be wrong to say unambiguously that there is not any threat from Turkey, but the general processes in the region open other opportunities.
According to him, major changes have occurred in the region after the war, and the process of unblocking the transport communications has stepped into an intensive stage: “We think that unblocking must not be related to only Azerbaijan. It needs a broader regional approach. We see the potential for that.”
