Georgian ruling, opposition party leaders scuffle outside EU office

Irakli Kobakhidze of the ruling Georgian Dream party and Nika Melia of the Georgian United National Movement party have scuffled.
Report says the incident occurred in Tbilisi outside the office of the European Union.
The politicians insulted each other and Irakli Kobakhidze accused the opposition of provocation and called him a hooligan.
The chairman of the Georgian Dream was at the office of the EU for a meeting with ambassadors of European countries.
