"We all need to admit that the security landscape and the current situation in the region have changed after the Karabakh war," Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said in a televised speech.
Report quotes him as saying Georgia is closely watching the strengthening positions of Russia in the region and the changing balance of powers after the Karabakh war.
"Russia has virtually embraced the region. We are well aware of it, especially since Russia occupied 20% of our territory, and our friends and partners often forget it," he noted.
