"Temperatures are expected to rise sharply throughout Georgia within a week, which increases the risk of forest and steppe fires," the local Bureau of Report informs, citing the country's Emergency Management Service.
The service called on the population to demonstrate high civic responsibility, not to light fires on agricultural lands, forests, or fields, or leave fires uncontrolled.
