Georgia to make vaccination mandatory for teachers

In Georgia, all teachers must be vaccinated against the coronavirus, Tengiz Tsertsvadze, chief infectious disease specialist of Georgia and director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, said, the local bureau of Report informs.
According to him, the relevant decision is expected to be approved today.
As of today, the number of people vaccinated in Georgia is 1,785,862. Of these, 981,624 received a single dose, and 804,238 received both doses.
