Georgia’s Omicron cases exceed 1,000

As of January 13, Georgia has confirmed another 58 cases of coronavirus Omicron strain, taking the overall tally to 1,009, Report informs, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.
The first case of infection with the mutated variant in Georgia was registered on December 20.
