Georgia reports 6,208 more coronavirus cases, 47 deaths

The number of new coronavirus cases in Georgia has reached 6,208 over the past day, while 47 people have died.
Report's local bureau informs, citing the country's National Center for Disease Control and Public Health, that some 3,539 people have been discharged from hospitals upon recovery over the last 24 hours.
Overall, Georgia has reported 490,462 coronavirus cases, 429,190 recoveries, and 6,483 deaths since the pandemic began.
The current number of active cases reaches 54,763 people.
