"Georgia has moved from the 'orange' to the 'red' zone in terms of the spread of coronavirus," said Amiran Gamkrelidze, head of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.
Report informs that the infection's peak in Georgia will take place in the second or third week of November.
According to the head of the center, the country has achieved good results in testing:
"One million people have 213,000 tests. About 10,000 tests are conducted across the country every day, which is a good indicator of a pandemic."
