Gentiloni: Ukraine to receive $4.5 billion financing by end of March

The first disbursement and funds from the €50 billion European Support Facility for Ukraine will take place by the end of the month, the European Commissioner for Economy, Paolo Gentiloni, said in a press point upon his arrival at the Ecofin meeting in Brussels, Report informs via Nova News.
“We are finalizing the first disbursement of the Facility for Support for Ukraine. There will be 4,5 billion euros in bridge financing for the country by the end of this month. It will be an opportunity to confirm that the European Union will support Ukraine for as long as necessary,” Gentiloni said.
