Corsican Representative: France has imposed bans on Corsica since invasion

I thank everyone who supported us in the struggle, Corsican representative Jean-Marc Rodríguez said at the international conference “Neo-colonialism: violation of human rights and injustice”, organized by the Baku Initiative Group (BIG), Report informs.

He said that now there is a need to abolish colonialism, especially quietly: "France has imposed bans on Corsica since the invasion. We cannot continue our traditions. Because they don't allow it."

Jean-Marc Rodríguez said that France is just manipulating each time by giving some status to Corsica: "This is not freedom. France always promised us that it would consider our demands. But it did not keep its promises. We will be born from our ashes again."
