Four detained in Yerevan for attempt to interfere with CSTO summit

Tigran Khzmalyan, leader of the European Party of Armenia, has been detained in Yerevan. Three other people were also arrested, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
Khzmalyan was arrested when he tried to organize a protest against the CSTO summit in Yerevan.
Article 182 (“Disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers”) of the Code of Administrative Offenses was applied to the detainees.
