Former British PM Johnson becomes honorary citizen of Kyiv

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will receive the title of honorary citizen of Kyiv, Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said, Report informs.
The decision was made by the City Council.
“Johnson did and I am convinced that he will continue to do everything possible to ensure that the UK and world leaders provide the necessary assistance to Ukraine,” Klitschko wrote.
He noted that the British politician had repeatedly visited the capital of Ukraine, and invited Johnson to visit Kyiv again to pick up the honorary award.
