Foreign ministers of Türkiye, Armenia confirm readiness to achieve full normalization of ties

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Türkiye Ararat Mirzoyan and Hakan Fidan confirmed their readiness to achieve full normalization of relations. The meeting took place in Antalya as part of the Diplomacy Forum, Report informs via Armenian media.

On March 1, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye Hakan Fidan. Special representatives for normalization of relations between the two countries also took part in the meeting, the Armenian MFA said in a statement.

The sides discussed the normalization process of relations between Armenia and Türkiye and reaffirmed the willingness to reach full normalization of relations. They also exchanged on possible concrete steps in that direction.

International and regional issues were also touched upon.
