FM: Armenia will open consulate general in Tabriz

The Armenian foreign minister reaffirmed Armenia's plan to open a consulate general in Tabriz, Iran.
Report informs, citing News.am, that Ararat Mirzoyan made the due statement at Friday's official opening of the Iranian consulate general in Kapan, Armenia.
