Bodies of Iranian President and others killed in helicopter crash to be sent to Qom

The bodies of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and others killed in a plane crash on May 19, will soon be sent to the city of Qom, located near the capital Iran

It will happen at the end of the farewell ceremony currently taking place in the city of Tabriz.

A farewell ceremony has started in Tabriz for Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, who died in a helicopter crash on Sunday, Report informs via IRNA.

On May 19, a helicopter carrying Raisi crashed in the vicinity of Varzaqan near the Iran-Azerbaijan border. All passengers and crew of the presidential helicopter were killed.
