EU wants to join US-Russia talks on Ukraine

The European Union wants to join US-Russia talks on security in Ukraine and Europe, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said in an interview with Die Welt, Report informs.
Borrell said that the EU does not want to be left aside and only watch what is happening.
According to the diplomat, all violations after the adoption of the Helsinki Final Act in 1975 must be negotiated: "The EU does not agree with some issues that Russia considers to be internal affairs."
