EU special rep for South Caucasus leaves for Istanbul

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar has left for Istanbul, Report informs.
“Short visit, but substantive meetings yesterday in Yerevan with PM Nikol Pashinyan, DPM Mher Grigoryan and FM Ararat Mirzoyan. Now off to Istanbul,” he tweeted.
