Ukraine remains our number one priority, and the EU is firmly on Ukraine's side, Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, told journalists, Report informs.
“Leaders will have to make important decisions on two fronts. These are expansion and financial perspectives,” he said.
