The European Union is considering suspending bilateral high-level visits to Georgia in response to the country's recently passed "Foreign Influence Transparency Act," commonly known as the "Foreign Agent" law. Local media reports suggest that this measure is part of the EU's immediate response to the controversial legislation.
In addition to the suspension of high-level visits, the EU is also considering pausing discussions, negotiations, and the signing of bilateral agreements with Georgia.
