Türkiye is ready to revitalize the stalled Istanbul process for a diplomatic solution in Ukraine, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a joint press conference in Budapest with Hungarian PM Viktor Orban, Report informs.

He noted that this issue cannot be resolved through war and the parties should prefer diplomacy.
