Erdogan visits mausoleum of Ataturk

On November 10, President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited the Mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the Republic of Turkiye, Report informs, citing TRT Haber.
During the visit, he was accompanied by Turkish state officials and leaders of political parties.
Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was born in Thessaloniki in 1881 and died on November 10, 1938, in Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul. His body was temporarily buried in the Ankara Ethnography Museum on November 21. After the construction of the Mausoleum, his body was moved there on November 10, 1953.
