The economy of Turkiye rose 3.9% in Q3 of this year, Report informs via Anadolu.
The Turkish Institute of Statistics reported that in current prices over the specified period, the country's GDP increased by 120.5% compared to the same period last year and reached 4.3 trillion lira, or $241.5 billion. The financial and insurance sector showed an increase of 21.6%, the information and communication sector grew 13.9%, the administrative and auxiliary services sector grew 12.6%, the sector of public administration, education, health and social services grew 7.6 percent, the sphere services grew 6.9%, other services grew 4.9%, real estate sector grew 4.1%, agriculture, forestry and fishing grew 1.1%, and industrial sector grew 0.3%. At the same time, the construction sector experienced a decline of 14.1%. Thus, the Turkish economy is showing growth for the ninth quarter in a row.
